Terms & Conditions
Last updated: July 2026. These terms govern quotes, installations and use of this website provided by Bhiyeni Carpet & Vinyl Flooring.
1. Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are free and valid for 30 days from the date issued unless stated otherwise. Prices are based on the site visit assessment and may be revised if the scope of work changes, subject to your approval before any additional work proceeds.
2. Booking & Deposits
A deposit may be required to confirm a booking and secure materials, with the balance due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Site Access & Preparation
Clients are responsible for providing reasonable access to the work area and, unless otherwise agreed, for clearing valuable or fragile items from the space prior to installation. Light furniture moving is included; special arrangements for large furniture or equipment should be discussed in advance.
4. Workmanship Warranty
All installations carried out by Bhiyeni are covered by a workmanship warranty against installation defects for a period specified in your quote. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, water ingress unrelated to our installation, or normal wear and tear.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We ask for reasonable notice to reschedule a confirmed booking. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered may be subject to a materials charge.
6. Website Use
Content on this website is provided for general information about our services. While we aim to keep it accurate and current, pricing and availability are confirmed only in a formal quote.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
